Context & Engine

The Standard Integrity Institute (SII) operates exclusively as a data interpretation and risk signal analysis platform. Our proprietary methodology evaluates the structural characteristics of submitted quotations against established baseline models. SII is not a certification body, nor do we provide legal, financial, or engineering advice. Our assessments do not represent factual determinations regarding a contractor's intent, operational integrity, or pricing legality. All generated intelligence is probabilistic and provided strictly for pre-execution decision-support purposes. Any identified anomalies should be independently verified with qualified professionals.

At the core of the SII framework is the SISL engine. Rather than relying on subjective human review, submitted documents are processed through an algorithmic matrix containing predefined analytical rules designed to detect structural patterns historically associated with execution risks.

The 4 Dimensions of Risk Signal Analysis

The SII algorithmic engine processes every line item, term, and structural format against our master database (Rule Cards). The Integrity Score is calculated across four proprietary evaluative dimensions:

01.

Transparency

Evaluates the clarity of cost breakdown. The engine flags "black-box" pricing, hidden design fees (e.g., Rule R-023), and excessive lump-sum items (Rule R-002) that obscure actual material and labor costs.

02.

Consistency

Analyzes mathematical and structural logic. The system detects calculation errors (Rule R-003), unit mismatches, and conflicts between the scope of work and the quoted items, ensuring internal document integrity.

03.

Reasonability

Benchmarks specific metrics against market standards. This includes evaluating whether overhead fees exceed typical market thresholds (e.g., Rule R-016) or if front-loaded payment terms expose the client to systemic financial leverage (Rule R-005).

04.

Executability

Assesses contract completeness for project delivery. The model checks for missing critical execution clauses, such as delay penalties (Rule R-022), warranty periods, and clear acceptance criteria.

Risk Stratification

Each triggered rule is assigned a mathematically weighted Risk Level: Low, Medium, High, or Critical. An accumulation of High or Critical signals significantly reduces the final Integrity Score, indicating a statistically higher probability of future cost variability.

Your Quotation Is Not Just a Price — It Is a Risk Profile.

Most property owners only discover hidden costs and contractual gaps after irreversible financial commitments are made. SII enables objective, data-driven verification before your capital is exposed.
