The Standard Integrity Institute (SII) defines the global benchmark for transparency, contractual integrity, and financial risk control in renovation and construction quotations. In a market historically dominated by "black-box pricing" and missing execution clauses, SII introduces a standardized evaluation system that converts non-verifiable documents into structured, analyzable, and risk-rated assets.

Pricing Transparency Standard
We mandate the elimination of "black-box" pricing. Every line item must clearly separate material costs, labor fees, and overhead.
