Due to the digital and automated nature of our audit reports, all sales are final once the Integrity Score Report has been generated and sent to your email. If you experience technical difficulties uploading your document or do not receive your report within 24 hours due to a system error, please contact official@siistandard.org for a full refund or manual processing.

由於我們的稽核報告具有數位與全自動化生成的特性，一旦系統生成「誠信評分報告 (Integrity Score Report)」並發送至您的電子郵件，即視為服務完成，恕不提供退款。如果您在上傳檔案時遇到技術困難，或因系統不可抗力錯誤未能在 24 小時內收到報告，請聯繫官方客服 official@siistandard.org，我們將為您全額退款或啟動人工處理流程。
