QUOTATION REVIEW BEFORE COMMITMENT
What your quotationfails to definecan become your cost later.
The total is only the last line. Scope, quantities, specifications, payment, acceptance, warranty, and change rules determine whether the document can actually protect your decision.
See whether the quotation has enough structure to be understood, compared, and discussed.
SII-R001 to SII-R030 cover transparency, consistency, reasonableness, and executability.
Choose English, Traditional Chinese, or Simplified Chinese for the report presentation.

WHY TOTAL PRICE IS NOT ENOUGH
You think you'recomparing totals.You're comparing what's missing.
Two quotations can differ by only a small amount while describing completely different scope, material grades, payment conditions, and responsibility boundaries.
The work item is named, but its boundary is not
The same label can include very different demolition, installation, disposal, repair, inclusion, and exclusion scopes.
A brand name does not confirm the specification
Model, size, thickness, grade, quantity, finish, and substitution rules determine what will actually be delivered.
A payment percentage is not a payment basis
Each payment should correspond to defined progress, completed work, and a clear verification method.
Undefined changes and warranty rules are hardest to negotiate later
Pricing, approval, payment, warranty duration, exclusions, and responsibility should be confirmed before commitment.

You do not need to purchase a complete report first. Start with the document maturity level, price and payment review points, major risk signals, and missing clauses.
Free Key Results
Both the free results and complete report are structured reviews of the quotation documents you submit. They are not legal advice, engineering appraisal, price appraisal, construction-quality assurance, or contractor endorsement.
HOW SII WORKS
You do not need toknow every trade. You need to know what to ask.
SII does not decide who is good or bad. It turns unclear quotation content into specific questions that can be clarified before you sign or pay.
Understand it first
Can the items, quantities, units, unit prices, materials, specifications, and terms be understood?
Compare on the same basis
Are scope, material specifications, payment, and responsibility aligned before totals are compared?
Clarify before commitment
Can payment, acceptance, warranty, changes, and responsibility boundaries be confirmed in writing?
WHEN TO CHECK
The best time to reviewisn't after a dispute. It's while the document can change.
The closer you are to signing or paying, the less you can rely on 'no problem.' If the document can still be supplemented, rewritten, or reconfirmed, the risk can still be addressed before commitment.

01What types of quotations can SII review?
SII can review renovation, interior design, repair, equipment installation, and related construction quotations. Documents containing items, quantities, unit prices, material specifications, payment terms, scope, or clauses can be used as a review basis.
02Can I submit a quotation without a formal contract?
Yes. Clear PDFs, photos, and screenshots are accepted. If you have multiple pages, attachments, material schedules, payment schedules, or different versions, submit them together so the documents can be cross-checked.
03When will I receive the free results?
SII sends the Free Key Results within 3–5 business days to the email address you enter and confirm during submission.
04What is included in the free results?
The free results include the Document Maturity Level 1–5, price and payment review points, major risk signals, and missing clauses or delivery gaps.
05How are the free results different from the complete report?
The free results locate the document's current status and priorities. The Complete Risk Report expands the SII-R codes, findings, rationale, remediation directions, and pre-signing review points.
06Does Level 1–5 rate the contractor?
No. It evaluates the maturity, clarity, completeness, and comparability of the quotation document—not the contractor's credit, capability, legality, or integrity.
07Will SII decide that a price is definitely excessive or a contractor is unlawful?
No. SII highlights document gaps, unclear pricing, payment, and delivery risks. It does not replace market valuation, legal advice, engineering appraisal, or final fact-finding.
08How will my uploaded documents be used?
The documents are used for this quotation review, result production, and delivery. You may redact unrelated sensitive personal information before submitting. Actual processing follows SII's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
