Use the main scope of the work. A waterproofing-only quote from a design firm can be classified as Specialized Works.

Yes. Submit the quote you currently have. Include additional pages and relevant attachments where available; SII can only review the material it receives.
Do I need to pay before receiving any results?
No purchase is required to receive Free Key Results. Decide later whether you need a Complete Risk Report with individual findings, document locations, explanations and suggested additions.
Can you tell me if a price is too high or a contractor is reliable?
SII reviews document clarity and consistency. We can identify pricing details, repeated items or payment terms to clarify. This is not a market-price appraisal or an assessment of contractor reliability. LEVEL 1–5 describes Document Maturity only.
