YOUR FOLLOW-UP NOTE

Take your questions with you.

Only items marked “To ask” appear here. After copying, add the quote date, version and relevant work item before sending.

0 to ask

An empty question list does not prove the document is complete or the project is risk-free. Review unchecked items too; “Not applicable” does not mean passed.

No questions selected yet. Mark anything missing or unclear as “To ask” to add it here.

CLOSE THE LOOP

When the reply arrives, update the document.

Ask for the answers to be added to the quote or attachments, with a revision date. Change an item to “Confirmed” once you have checked the update—not just because someone says it is included.

Several quotes? Align the scope before comparing

Before you use the checklist

Must a quote meet all 30 checks?

No. This is a tool for organising document questions, not a pass/fail test. Mark work outside your project as “Not applicable”. Ask about missing details that affect charges, payments or delivery before deciding.

Can I start without a contract?

Yes. Start with the quote you have. Compare it with any drawings, material lists and payment schedules. Mark missing information as “To ask” rather than guessing to finish the checklist.

Does confirming every item mean it is safe to sign?

No. Your selections record your own reading. They are not an SII review or a LEVEL 1–5 Document Maturity assessment, and do not guarantee price, workmanship or legal effect.
